Returning to the Body - Group Sessions with Odemaris

These sessions offer a safe, warm, and compassionate space for your personal journey. We do not come here to learn techniques; we come to explore, feel, and recognize.

This is a space for somatic experience where you can observe your own nervous system: what activates you, what causes you to contract, and what guides you back to calm? Through movement, breath, voice, and touch, we open pathways to self-regulation without pressure or expectations.

We give space to what feels good while learning to embrace the uncomfortable without needing to change it. In the presence of the group, your body realizes it is not alone, and your nervous system can gradually let go. Here, slowness and stillness finally become tangible.

I invite you to perceive yourself without demands and to normalize the pause as a natural part of your life. Returning to your body is not something you have to learn; your body already knows the way.

Learning in a shared field

Group practice offers something quietly powerful: your body begins to recognize safety in connection. Breath, pacing, and sensation become easier to notice when the room is held with intention.

You are not asked to perform or explain yourself. You are invited to soften, observe, and let the nervous system discover another rhythm.

  • Wednesday group: 7:00 pm (Mexico City time)
  • Saturday group: 10:00 am (Mexico City time)
  • Format: Live online sessions (recordings available)
  • Monthly investment: $800 MXN
  • Maximum 10 women per group

What to Expect from the Sessions

Each session opens a shared somatic space for exploration and regulation. No previous experience is required, and there is no right way to participate.

Who Is This Space For?

Returning to the Body is especially for women who:

  • Feel they spend most of their time in their heads
  • Are navigating stress, life transitions, or emotional fatigue
  • Want to learn natural ways to regulate their nervous system
  • Wish to cultivate a kinder relationship with their body
  • Are looking for a weekly space to pause and reconnect with themselves

You do not need to be in crisis to participate. Sometimes we simply need a place where the body can rest from constant effort and feel at home again.

The intention is that the work does not remain only within the class itself, but becomes a gentle support for returning to the body in daily life.
